In collaboration with CU Health Plan administrators, Anthem, Kaiser, and Delta Dental of Colorado, the CU Health Plan team has launched the ‘Your Health, Your Hands’ educational digital resources campaign.
Throughout the duration of 2022, the CU Health Plan will feature monthly updates highlighting the robust dashboard of digital healthcare resources available at the fingertips of CU Health Plan members receiving medical or dental coverage from Anthem, Kaiser, or Delta Dental of Colorado.

The Sydney Health app makes it easy to quickly and conveniently way to assess your symptoms when you’re sick and connect with a doctor, wherever you are.
Start with the Symptom Checker and answer a few questions about how you are feeling. The Symptom Checker intuitively uses the information you provide to assess your specific symptoms before you even see a doctor. Next, you can use the Find Care tool to search for doctors and dentists and compare costs. The app can connect you to a board-certified doctor – anytime, anywhere – through a virtual text visit or video visit right from your phone or tablet.

When you log in to deltadentalco.com, it’s easy to check your Delta Dental of Colorado benefits.
24 hours a day, seven days a week, you can go online to print member ID cards, find a provider, check the status of a claim, view your benefits, and more.
Create a subscriber account on deltadentalco.com to access your Delta Dental of Colorado benefits online or through the mobile app. Once your account is set up, explore the available member resources to start using your benefits.

Need to find a dentist?
Delta Dental of Colorado’s Find a Dentist search tool can help.**
Delta Dental has the largest network of providers nationwide. Use our online dentist search and find the one that’s right for you. Find in-network providers in your area by using your current location or entering a ZIP code manually. Don’t know which plan you have? Sign in to your account or check your ID card. You can target your search to return only PPO providers in your results, or you can check this PPO provider directory.
Your ID number is your employee ID number preceded by 888 for CU employees and 887 for CU Medicine employees. You can access an ID card from the Delta Dental mobile app or by setting up a subscriber account on our website.
